UI/UX thinking

The experience was designed to feel supportive, calm, and trustworthy for families navigating mental health care. Rather than overwhelming users with information, the interface focused on clear pathways—helping parents and caregivers quickly understand available services and what steps to take next.

Visual hierarchy, spacing, and color were used to reduce cognitive load and create a sense of reassurance. Content was structured to guide users progressively, balancing warmth and approachability with the clarity required in a healthcare context. Across mobile and desktop, layouts prioritized legibility and ease of use, ensuring critical information was accessible without friction.

These design decisions supported Brightline’s goal of making mental health care feel less intimidating and more approachable—meeting families where they are, with clarity and care.
